Message is not a myth. Look at the dyno charts for NA's on TTZD (and other dyno charts for other cars in magazines like SCC), and you can often see a drop-off in low-end torque from 1800-3000 RPM from installing intakes and exhausts. Yes, you make up quite a bit of power at 6000RPM, but I don't spend a lot of time up there, so I'd rather have it from 1500-4000.

The Turbo muffler is a straight through design, and the Sport one is a baffled design.
